Privacy policy

PropMingle ("we", "us") is a full-funnel real estate marketing agency: we run campaigns and the technology behind them for real estate businesses. This policy covers propmingle.com and the forms on it. Questions or requests: growth@propmingle.com.

Details you give us in a form: your name, work email, phone number, company, market, and your answers to our qualifying questions (for example business type, enquiry volume, and how after-hours leads are handled today).

Booking details when you schedule a call: the time you choose and anything you add to the booking.

Advertising and visit data: the ad campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (UTM tags, fbclid, gclid), the page you landed on, and cookies set by Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. We also set one cookie recording your country market (India, UAE or other) so prices show in your currency.

To follow up with you by email, phone or WhatsApp about the audit and our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

To measure which advertising produced your enquiry, so we spend our marketing budget well. We send Meta a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email and phone number, never in plain text, along with whether you enquired or booked a call.

Service providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), our CRM and internal team notification tools, our scheduling tool (Cal.com), and analytics and advertising measurement (Google, Meta). We don't sell your personal data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we're in contact about a potential or active engagement, and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires longer.

India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you can withdraw consent, and ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or to name someone to exercise these rights for you. You can also raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

UAE (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the PDPL): you can ask to access, correct, restrict or erase your personal data, and object to its use for direct marketing.

Elsewhere, you have the rights your local law gives you. To exercise any right, email us. We'll reply within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
